New online Payments facility goes live

We are trialling an online Payments facility this season provided by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account, with a credit or debit card. If you want to pay for more than one item at once, click on the add to cart button and a new "cart" page opens. By returning to the payments page and clicking on a second add to cart button another cart page will open which contains both items. You can then change the quantity as required before continuing to check out.

Tricks 4 Sticks

The IHA runs a programme called Tricks 4 Sticks to help schools who are considering starting hockey or simply just want to give it a try.

Volunteer Recruitment Techniques

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our sport. Without them there would be no players, no matches and no leagues. They are undoubtedly invaluable resources for our sport. Some clubs have been very successful in recruiting parents and players to take roles and push forward the development of their club. Other sports are very successful at recruiting parents in particular to take volunteer roles. So, there must be various techniques and actions that can be used which have been successful. The Development committee are keen to draw up a list of ideas or approaches that have been successful. Even ideas that did not bear fruit are valuable to know. We are asking clubs to write up their thoughts on this topic and forward them to moc.liamg|sdik4yekcohnilbud#moc.liamg|sdik4yekcohnilbud Any club that participates will receive the document that we produce.

New Corners section on the website

In response to the preliminary findings of the survey we are developing a Corners section on the website which is a resourse for Players , Coaches, Parents and Umpires. Please feel free to send any information you feel would be useful to moc.liamg|stluseryekcoh#moc.liamg|stluseryekcoh for inclusion
